I genuinely don’t know that I’ll ever be able to watch the scene where Tony dies again. I don’t know how people can stand to watch it again, how they can make gifs of it, how they can quote it. I don’t think I’ll ever be able to watch my hero take his last breath, to watch his wife stay strong for him as long as she can, to listen to her give him permission to go, to make sure in his last moments, he knows his family will be okay. I’ll never be able to listen to Peter Parker be excited, only to realize seconds later that he’s about to lose his third father figure. I’ll never be able to look at his face and watch him cry as he’s gently pulled away, and I’ll never be able to watch Tony’s last video as he kneels down and tells Morgan he loves her 3000. I understand how his death closes out his story, I understand the decision and how they gave him the best possible death, but it hurts and hurts and hurts and hurts.

dc literally has better villains than marvel because marvel antagonists are always like “i wear ALL BLACK and THREE PIECE SUITS and i kill people because i’m SAD inside” meanwhile everyone in gotham just be off the shits and have an actual aesthetic and presentation
The villain’s in Gotham are better because no one can out do Bruce Wayne in “i wear ALL BLACK and THREE PIECE SUITS and i beat up people because i’m SAD inside” so they had to come up with something else.
